1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SlotPK platform, available at slotpk.click, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, and any related features or content. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you are deemed to have fully read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use SlotPK and should not create an account. In the event of a conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and use SlotPK, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SlotPK operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

SlotPK reserves the right to perform identity and eligibility checks at the time of registration, during account use, or prior to processing any withdrawal. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one SlotPK account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, using different devices, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any pending withdrawals.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering on SlotPK, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SlotPK username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify SlotPK support immediately. SlotPK will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials adequately.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

SlotPK reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on SlotPK are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in any foreign currency and we do not perform currency conversions. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

You confirm that all funds deposited into your SlotPK account are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. SlotPK does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered in your name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

SlotPK does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Always check your payment provider's current fee schedule before depositing.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by SlotPK to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified payment method registered in your name.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are processed within minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank withdrawals typically process within two to four business hours. Larger withdrawals above Rs 500,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours. SlotPK does not apply fees on standard withdrawals.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must be wagered through in full before withdrawing. Real money funds can be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• SlotPK reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above Rs 100,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that are not registered in your name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

SlotPK offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are valid for use on SlotPK's eligible games only. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• SlotPK reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any pending winnings, and close an account if evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors — is detected.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any bonus or associated winnings not wagered through within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• SlotPK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on SlotPK — including slots, table games, live casino, and crash games such as Aviator — are provided by third-party game developers and use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by players or by SlotPK.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the long-term statistical average return and does not guarantee individual session outcomes. Actual results in any given session may vary significantly from the stated RTP.

7.1 Prohibited Behaviour

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on SlotPK.
• Exploiting any software error, malfunction, or vulnerability in any game or platform feature. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected malfunction will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any SlotPK game or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Any form of fraud, including using stolen payment methods or providing false identity documents.

8 Sports Betting (PSL & Cricket)

SlotPK offers sports betting markets including PSL (Pakistan Super League), international cricket matches, and other sporting events. The following rules apply specifically to sports betting on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been placed, except where SlotPK has specifically enabled a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• SlotPK reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced due to a manifest error. Manifest error includes obvious pricing mistakes regardless of whether they were exploited in good faith.
• In-play bets may be suspended at any time during a live event at SlotPK's discretion — for example, during breaks in play, when key events are imminent, or when data feeds are delayed or unreliable.
• If a match is abandoned or interrupted after it has started, bets will be settled according to the specific rules published for that sport and competition on the SlotPK platform.
• SlotPK's decision on all betting disputes is final. All settlements are carried out in PKR.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. Current limits are published in the sports betting section of the SlotPK platform and may be updated at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming

SlotPK is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players, free of charge, accessible from within the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

SlotPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a requested timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of the account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any available real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of verification.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Limitation of Liability
